The girl that helped me was rude af! Then some girl with short blonde hair told me that the purple dragon was dense and sticky and she sold me a gram with stems all in it. I was gonna bring it back, but Instead I’m gonna let everyone know how horrible this place is.

Today I placed an online order (via another app) for a fairly tough-to-find strain before 1:00 PM. I didn't get my notification that it was ready to pick up until 5:18 PM, and they were closing at 6:00. I headed out, hit up the ATM, and then dashed halfway across Tulsa and into Broken Arrow, making it up to the Cowboy Kush drive-thru window at 5:59 PM per my phone. The window was already barred/locked up. The staff had already closed up shop *early* and couldn't be bothered to assist me. I wish I could judge the atmosphere and quality, but I never got the chance... however, I do know what I think about their level of service, so one-star across the board. There are plenty of other dispensaries in Tulsa as well as Broken Arrow who already appreciate my business, and I have no intention of wasting my time and gas attempting to buy anything from Cowboy Kush in the future. What a disappointment.

I was traveling with a friend and decided to give this place a try! Very knowledgeable staff/bud tenders. Very impressed by their professionalism and customer service! Top shelf quality was just that and we will definitely return!!!
