Rude rude rude They have a policy they call a law that you cant use your phone inside the store!!! After turning my obviously over 21 friend away for not having plastic id. As if it mattered if I was calling her. Go to Mary Jane's just down by Knights dinner before Greene hill they politely turned my friend away and let me use my phone go out let her in my car etc.

Do these dispensaries realize they are dealing with people picking up medication? I have seizures and memory loss .... Last night I went into the North Market St store and my girlfriend had a photocopy of her ID, we were picking up something for her dad. I have had 3 major Tonic Clinic seizure this year. Between the seizures and the medication for them I've been robbed of my once superb memory. That being said I haven't been into this dispensary yet, and being a place where you get medicine I thought they'd be more accommodating. Firstly they were rude to my girlfriend who has reason to escort me place with my memory & my seizures someone has gone with me everywhere Ive gone just in case. They spoke very unapologetically, with a very condescending tone about the ID. Then I said well I'll have to call my dad because I .... But I couldnt explain before they said. "Actually it's against the law to use your phone in here. I was like what thats crazy they said yea we're always being watched, while never losing the I'm not sorry and idc if you buy from us attitude, the entire time. So I said nevermind this is a joke I'm only here upon recommendation from our dad. I said going somewhere I know I'll be treated like a human being who's money spend's the same as any other human being. So we went down to Mary Jane's just down past McDonald's and Zips just before the Greene Hill but on the opposite side of the road. Well they said they couldnt take her ID unfortunately, because its the law, sorry. They said sorry we can tell you're old enough but its the law. Then I asked if I could use my phone and they said yes. Then I explained my experience here at KUSH21 and they said it's not against the law it must be a policy thing. Then I got 3 people tending to my needs with smiles and laughter, and they said idc if you call her I can see she is over 21 its just without ID we cant legally have her inside of here. So I went outside let her in my car and found out what our dad wanted,an infused drink. I will never ever ever deal with anyone who twist stuff and lie for their own...what did they gain losing me... they acted like everyone else will still come in so who cares how they treat a couple 40 yr old women who grew up in Spokane and know a lot of people in the industry and that smoke...I will let them know the phone "policy/LAW"... lmao!!! Wish they'd treat people better seeing as its a medication they are selling. Good thing theres a better choice of places to get our Medici e just down the road at Mary Janes!!!
