The receptionist, Lex, was so helpful and incredibly professional. This was like going into a doctors office. It was completely professional and I was provided extensive education by the provider as well as another gentleman in the office. I was expecting something sketchy I suppose and this was like a healthcare environment. Zero shame whatsoever. I should have done this a long time ago instead of needlessly suffering. I am so glad I got over my judge mental stereotypes and came in.
