Had time to really process the situation. Had an employee give me the wrong product then the employee lied a said I agreed to get something different then what was in my cart. Manager sided with her employee an I ended up with a 70$ I didn’t agree to buy, manager was like well so I had to reach out to cloud cover to get the issue resolved. But this same employee had an issue with something I said a the manager waited two to three weeks to address me. Seems like the manager is only for her employees not the customers that keep them in business. Not going to bring race into but I could an it wouldn’t look good on the store because I haven’t seen one black employee in the years I’ve been going there an then this situation where me a black man wasn’t helped but the white employee got help an closer. I’m use to this type of thing it’s Lebanon Missouri. I’ll stick with high profile codes and latitude never had any issues with them an if one comes up I know it will be handled properly. Will also be sharing this with cloud cover y’all won’t have to worry about me an anyone in my house hold or family coming back we will take our money where it appreciated.
