I use carts, but their recommendations of what to use for which type of effect, is always quality and up to expectations.
The service is great (unless you get new people - which is the only reason I gave it 4). Yes, there us usually a wait, depending on when you go, but if they're overloaded, they'll never let the customer know. They've always given 100% to me, as the customer.
The atmosphere is so awesome. You walk in, smell heaven, and get a peaceful vibe (even when they are busy) You can sit and wait, stand in line and take a look at all their flower, new deals, etc. It's just great.
