Went in as a medical patient and was given the wrong product entirely. When I brought it back, the employee flat out denied the mistake and insisted the product was something it was not, even after I showed him proof from their own website. The manager got involved and rather than correcting the situation professionally, she was condescending, dismissive, and at one point actually laughed at my concern. Not what you expect from anywhere, especially not a medical establishment.
