I’ve been a customer of Grassdoor for a long time. While unfortunately the prices and incentives are not as good as they used to be, the customer service has always been prompt and very helpful. I used the chat feature today and Scott was very patient with an issue I was having, and apologized and even deposited a credit to my account to make up for the confusion. Very appreciated!
