Rachell is the worst bud tender I’ve dealt with. We pulled up an hour before closing. A cute red head helped us fill our digital cart. Right before we could check out lighting struck and the power went out. Our bud tender wrote down our order and told the other cashiers what we had. Once power came back on and booted up we waited and waited. People walking in checking out in front of us. Finally I walked up to the counter and tried to explain. Rachell was very rude and tried to tell me to wait but I forced my explanation and told her about the paper with our order on it. She gave us a crazy eyed stare from hell and then smiled and with a witches voice asked for our ID’s. One of the other bud tenders saw what happened and had some sympathy and tried to give us 2 free pre roles but Rachell hissed to only give us one since my buddy forgot his debit card in the car. We finally got out 45 minutes later with our bag. The other bud tenders working were super cool. I won’t be visiting again due to her though.
