i received an old degraded syringe of distilate that was strickingly darker then advertised and because of the terpene degredation tastes horrific, i immediately returned to the store to see what they were able to do about it after calling to make sure. the staff that greeted me was friendly and understanding but not sure they would be able to help. then i spoke to the manager and she proceeded to be rude and dismissive from the start. offered to contact the company for me but insinuated it wouldnt do anything. i understang there are rules but customer service skills and just general politeness were seriously lacking with this pink haired manager.
