Corporate scumbaggery at its finest. They switched reward program whatever. Many people lost points. Did they send out a message to all its customers letting them know this NOPE! If you ask they will give it to you (supposedly, still waiting for my points back), but if not OH WELL. So you know their is a problem but instead of being proactive, you would rather screw people out of their rewards! Other places in town not actively trying to screw you!

This used to be my favorite place for medical marijuana. I feel ever since they opened up to rec, Both the service and quantity have gone down. I go in there and have plenty of stuff for rec but the same stuff is sold out for the medical people. The people are always very nice though.
