I spent twenty-five minutes waiting for my order. I spent fifteen waiting in a line that said online orders here and it took all that time for three people to handle one transaction. Not one person offered to help me pick up my order, even though three of them walked by me and looked at me. I finally had to go through the drive thru. It took ten minutes to handle four cars, but at least I got to sit down. My only suggestion is for people to go straight up to the counter because although they may or may not serve you will at least get noticed.

Nobody in line and as soon as I showed my card the lady behind the counter started lecturing me about how I had to go through her window first even if I had an express order, that they only had one person to fill the orders and that I needed to go sit down and wait. No kind words just orders. Here's a tip (the only one these folks are gonna get from me)---patients at a dispensary are often in pain but we still realize that it is going to take a few minutes to get our orders filled. Don't make us feel like assholes just because we walked in the door.
