With an hour wait, you could expect better service. The bud tenders in Ohio are not allowed to accept tips, which I speculate has something to do with the customer service provided. I purchased the butterfly effect tincture, as it is much easier to consume and helps with my arthritic pain with longer lasting effects. The store has an Apple Store, worship the mighty bud feeling and when I inquired about the strain used to extract the concentrate for the tincture, the response, the tender didn't know and brought their buyer over to talk to me. The buyer ignorantly informed me the strain does not matter sincere it is in edible form. I insisted varying strains produce varying cannabinoid profiles, resulting in varying effects. This was disregarded, so I asked about the process used to extract and refine the concentrate. The buyer blissfully said it is extracted and added to a carrier oil blend, obviously out of his gourd. With flower topping out around 27% cannabinoids, our growers leave much room for improvement. The tincture is effective, but costly and deserves 4 stars in quality, being that the lid leaks. I dropped another star for quality, since the flower available is not something to be desired. I hope the company reads the reviews of their customers and takes steps towards educating their staff and caring for their PATIENTS.

Nice shop in west olympia, with a variety of options and daily specials. Offering a member discount and veterans discount, not applicable to items on sale. Service was nice and I was instantly greeted when entering the store. Visa accepted, not Mastercard and atm with fee in store.

The store is very open spaced, well lit, and carries a variety of products. I was pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the budtender who assisted me. The store offered a variety of flower, a 20% off discount box, CBG-THC capsules and a few drinks I hadn't seen elsewhere in Sodo. I landed on a tube of lip balm, which was made using terpy cannabis byproducts and bees wax, and contained very little THC. The balm, being 20% off, plus a veteran's discount, came to less than 6 dollars and was soothing on chapped lips.

The atmosphere was grand, with high vaulted ceilings, product light up behind wood molded glass walls and cases, and 6(?) registers with budtenders. I went in looking for a specific product, that they did not have. This was astonishing given the variety of products. One of the tenders assisted me and recommended another option, which was budget friendly. This store offered veteran, senior and member discounts (consisting of telling them your phone number). The member prices were listed next to the products and were several dollars cheaper than non member. The tender also recommended a nice coffee shop to relax at, which was greatly appreciated. I walked in looking for a specific product, a beverage containing 5mg of thc or less and 5mg of cbd or more. Unfortunately, they did not have any products matching this description. The store was small and somewhat dimly lit, which gave me a dive bar vibe, and I didn't feel like sticking around. However they did offer veteran and senior discounts, and I applaud them for this.

I went into ganja goddess requesting high cbd-low thc products for pain relief. The budtender was very helpful in working with my request. She offered me a variety of delivery methods, each with a variety of products, with insight on quality, and an awareness of cost. I will be back again and hope to explore their business locations throughout Washington.
