Zen Leaf was a great place for this new medical card holder! When I visited, I was having a high anxiety day, and Alyssa was very compassionate and accommodating. She was patient and answered all my questions, even kindly repeating the info again and again when I asked for clarity. I did not feel rushed at all and felt that Alyssa helped me choose the appropriate products for my needs and budget. Despite my high anxiety, the whole process was smooth and everyone I interacted with was very kind. I’m very grateful for Alyssa and her help and empathy.
