What I would say about NETA Northampton is that they are a recreational shop. Not medical. I understand as one of the first recreational shops to open, they needed to adapt quickly, but it took a toll on the medical aspects. There was a very small area cordoned off for medical patients. I was asked to fill out my paperwork at a counter area with cue ropes against my back. I filled out the papers and proceeded to the medical area. This was my first experience as a medical patient and I will say that all the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The person I spoke to handed me a menu and I explained some of my knowledge and issues that made me pursue a medical card. She assumed that I knew what I needed to. She had no advice whatsoever. I spoke with her further to see if she would give me something more and she told me that she has been "just learning as she goes". I accept this as a recreational sales person. As a medical assistant, this was frustrating. I made my purchase and the flower quality was great. The vape cartridges were okay. Clogging was an issue. Overall, I cannot say that I would recommend it for other medical patients, but recreational customers should be please with the service and staff.
