I nicknamed this strain "The Cure" because of the pain and stress relieving effects. I grew from ILGM seeds last year and just ordered more for an indoor grow. The taste is nice with a hint of pine, diesel and a tad sweet. The cerebral effects are a nice high that is great for chilling to any form of entertainment. If I indulge in the afternoon, I need to keep moving or find a hammock. The effects on the body are very impressive. Sitting in my recliner, I just let the relaxing begin. I can feel the stress and tension of the day melt away. i have arthritic knees that get angry when I'm on them too long during the day. After a few vapes of Gold Leaf I don't notice the pain anymore. My recipe is 3-4 good sips from my dry flower vape at 400-410 degrees. Within 2 hours it is sleepy time and I have a relaxing and pain-free night of sleep. Thus, the "cure" moniker. It was an easy grow, with a 10 week flowering time indoors. The alpha plant produced 3 oz of nice bud and a bunch of trim and smaller nugs for baking. This stuff makes an excellent cookie if you want to chill out. I made a 50/50 batch of snickerdoodles mixing in Blue Dream that was a hit with everyone I shared with. Have some healthy snacks around for when the munchies hit.
