I’ve never written a bad review in my life until now. I went in and picked up a 5 pack of 1g Dose joints. My wife, who is also an OMMA approved patient, later opened them and found it to be empty. I bring it back up to the store and explain what happened. Dude tells me he can’t replace it if the seal is broken and it’s my fault I walked out with the empty pack. I asked, “How am I supposed to know there’s nothing in it without breaking the seal?” He handed me another pack to show me the weight difference. He told me I need to check the weight of the package before I leave, not them. I’m giving two stars due to the fact that he ended up replacing the empty pack, but not before giving me a lecture about how this is a “one time thing” and to make sure that next time I buy something to “feel out the weight” before I leave. This was after Dude called his supervisor. This is medicine. How does anything make it on the shelf without being weighed or checked? If I were going to a pharmacy, I would hope I didn’t get an empty bottle where my medicine should be, and then be told it was my fault I didn’t double check. Extremely disappointed with my experience here and I will never go back.
