Edit #2: after dealing with one manager at the store, we were credited $xx.xx. When my caregiver went into the store for items, an employee by the name of Gabe stated he called a different manager and they said it wouldn't be honored. On the way out of the store, he retorted to my husband after he said he was just going to leave, "yeah, doesn't matter, we're doing just fine here." This is absolutely one of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Your store needs to reevaluate their employees. Save your sanity & shop at zenleaf.
