I ordered for delivery. It was delivered bagged up and less than discreet considering they’ve got on logo wear. Once I opened the bag I found that each of the 11 products were expired! Sent a message to the store with no response. Sent a message to customer service where I was told “with these products having a use by date on them they don’t actually go bad or expire” “it’s only a cosmetic change” and “they’re completely safe to use and will have the same effect”. Was told Cody and the management team from the location would be getting ahold of me, which he did, to tell me that an inventory lead would contact me the next day to resolve my issue. It’s been 2 days now of total silence so I reached back out to customer service where I was told they were reaching out to the management team again. After 3 hours I was told there was no response from them but they would follow up tomorrow. Now 24 hours later I’m being told the the products no longer have a use by date and can have full potency for YEARS. There is 0 accountability here, poor inventory control and they are either severely misinformed on what they are selling or are flat out lying and selling bad product. The best I was offered is to return the product for store credit. Honestly Lume, why would I come back?
