If my review were based off my first 3 visits, there would be 5 stars down the line. But today i went to rise again with intentions on buying something even though i wasn’t sure what. I told that to the younger girl at the front desk when she asked if i was buying anything. She then told me i couldn’t go in unless i was definitely buying something which i responded saying i probably will i just need to see the menu to make a decision. Her response was that i can see a menu online and still refused to let me in. Finally another customer called her out on her severely poor professionalism and she “enthusiastically” took my information and decided to half ass the rest of my time at the front desk. Can’t remember his name but the middle aged Caucasian guy at the registers is a phenomenal employee and is always super eager to fill me in on the new and best stuff. He’s the reason i return every time and as of now the only reason I’d go back. As for the girl in the front, some serious mentor ship on the art of not being a a bitch is much needed. Hopefully she can figure out how to be a decent person next time and doesn’t ruin the experience for anyone else.
