Trulieve- Reading (Lancaster)

At least the last three times I purchased flower from Trulieve, it was dry. Not just one particular brand; it doesn't seem to matter. It angers me that I spend good money and get bad products. You build relationships with your tenders, and I don't want to go to another dispensary, but if that's what I have to do to get fresh flower, I will. I know they said to bring it back, but that is time-consuming and a little embarrassing. This is not okay! It probably should be reported to the companies they buy from because it reflects on them. Why is this?
