It started bad as this was another canceled delivery order( 5th time since thanksgiving), restocked it and sold all the minis. Luckily for me they had Lexi there who not only got me the flower I wanted minus the minis but also got 3 different ground to try with 1 for free. She got the rest of my order located and threw in some swag. Best part she got me great discount to top it off. Sucks about all the cancelled orders but I feel she has made it right with her excellent service going above and beyond. I hope she gets a raise soon because she deserves one.
