It was my 1st purchase and everything was facilitated by talking to Jenni before leaving home. After driving 1 1/2 hours to get to the store I was checked in at the by a very helpful guy that reviewed my order and so helpful showing me different accessories I've found to be enjoyable. Jenni completed my order and again quickly processed everything so I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. I think they both should get gold stars.
