So, i had an unpleasant experience here. After some back and forth, Mike from Terraform contacted me and did his best to make it right. I would definitely give terraform another shot. Ive had them before this and no issues. Everyone has their off days and im all for 2nd chances so terraform is ok in my book.
The whtc helped facilitate the replacement and helped make it right... Terra has good genetics and when its right its really right..
