Unethical management!. I ordered 10 packs of Sativa watermelon kush gummies, when i arrived home i opened the bag they gave me and every last pack within was Indica. I called them and the guy said he couldn’t fix it and he’d talk to the manager and call me back. A day later I get a call and I’m told that they can’t exchange the ones I have for the ones i ordered because of Michigan state law, but that they’d “penny-out” 3 bags of Sativa gummies (which I assume means they charge me a penny for each…. They couldn’t just comp them?, seriously? I paid for 10!). I didn’t accept this, because they “bait and switched “ me, which is a crime, it is fraud. It was clear that the man on the phone assumed that i was mistaken, because he was very dismissive of my claim and eventually told me that the product that i ordered DOESNT EXIST!!!!! They do exist, I’ve eaten them. I went back to their website and I took screen shot of the product on their site (!) and emailed to them, to give them one more chance to make it right before I start leaving reviews. They never replied. I feel like I’ve been ripped off, because they ripped me off and lied to me. Terribly unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere! Meds cafe is literally next door and they are friendly, professional and they have their act together.
