Excellent customer service. Everyone seems to be quite nice and will service you with a smile, and when not busy, u got time to discuss, w/ any1.VERY CHILL!Even on the days that I head there without a clue to what I want (besides flowers, or flav.) that's why I nicked your score. 1-4x I got something good, it was a 30%the OG.☆thanks, bUT any other times I either bought, or checked my favs., OG family, lemony pine sol.. w/ mad terpines- that's Another story WTF? But come on guys when your bud is getting to the Lil bone dry popcorn dry as hay, either hash it, roll it, or sell as shake-reduced$$. They have great hash. For real, 1 more complaint, the hash they make tends to be on the flavorless fruity strains, when I have found what I'd really like "sorry that's got too much terpines, can't sell" and to washington I go, or a more lenient disp.

Well if you have been reading reviews, you may notice this as my second, mostly because the first 1 that I send didn't quite cover how great this Lil hole in the wall up Hawthorne(maybe a block east of new seasons hawthorne. OK first off, I have now (since oct. 1st) been in and out and very inquisitive w/ staff, of around ten dispensaries. *****Portland canna connection***** Gets me on an extremely long commute, as I have tried so many locations now, pretty much all in a closer vacinity, but I will take that extra half hour to get my flowers from Ptld.canna.conn. These guys have the flowers that I want, and their main grower(s) do it a lot like I did, maybe that why I like em so much.... the other thing that stands out like a sore thumb w/ their flowers, are that they grow so many of my fav. Strains that I have grown in the past, a lot of TGA subcool. They"re my jam. Try them yourself (I'm sure they would be more than glad to point out which ones are subcool. i.e. "Jesus og", "agent orange" N.w. fav "Cynex", which I'm not sure if they have in stock now, is produced w/ subs' vortex × Cindy '99(Cindy a strain that subcool utilizes in breeding. They have some good old flavors and terpins that I'm used to from back in growing days, where i ordered/tried single seeds and usually finding a killer mama every few months, and tried +/- 10 to 12 different plants every few months.. quite unorthodox, I know, but I've always enjoyed Horticulture, and have ever an ever changing palate Portland canna connection seems to be on the same page as I was when I grew, and consumed lots more. Now my 3 main objectives w/ great flowers are simple. An 3)an ever changing menu from the hands of a skilled grower 2) and 1) are tough to decide upon, but probably terpines/long lasting flavor. So many of these other shops are, cheesy lobby i.d. followed by I'd at register, and even when shop is dead they are I'm a rush, become rude very quickly. take themselves a bit too seriously, and that's enuff to drive me out the door I'm spending a lot of money, treat me like a human, pick my flowers etc. Like P.c.c has done for me. The last thing I'll say is that they seem to have some1 who knows their growin/trimmin/perfect amt of curing, so u get that max. Taste/smell/ and perfect dry, that's probably my biggest pet-peave of all these other joints using lg plastic ridiculous oversized containers. And they take the contain tanner you wanna look at, and shake it really hard. Oversized containers create over dry grassy smelling bud. Not at Portland canna conn.

I got to the dispensary first in the door, so of course it was dead 10 am sun. The place was nicely furnished, w/ spiffy decor, everything you would expect, product wise, in the main room. And lots of room in there. But Jesus.. the pricing$$$$ although I did see some pretty nice glass on way out that was fairly priced. And they have what looked like (5-6 maybe) stations to separately deal w/ customer/patients. The whole 10-12 min. I was there there was maybe 5 other employees to help the other maybe 4, patients. But the service was bordering on rude(just the guy helping me(nobody else had any neg. Traits. If you have all of your bud behind glass in jars, of course I'm gonna want to check out a handful of jars, but the guy, maybe late 20's 30's, was pushy as if I had a line behind me! Instead of let's take 1-2 strains out at a time, how about the 6 I wanted to compare...line em up, let me pick. It would be obvious to any1 who can recognize well-cultuedtrue connoseuers who know their way around the block to let them make their decisions, and not muddle my brain up by recommending this, and almost trying to push you a certain direction. by and good god, read up yourself a little, i kept having to resort to google to answer most questionsThat's what annoyed me about the service, the guy was constantly multitasking, and making things more difficult. Being pretty short tempered, at one point he told me "this is really unorthodox how we're doing things" to which I wanted to reply, " what? customer service? To which you need to buff up on big time.or Trying to satisfy a customers simple needs?. Basically if he'd have taken out the 5-6 strains I knew I was interested in, set em up, let me look, let me smell, I'd have been in/ out 3-5 min.
