I came about a month ago and was told I'd have BOGO for my first 3 visits. I started the promotion and was not told of any end date. It was given to me and now, today (1/1/20203) around 3pm, I'm being told that they are taking it away. This is a bait and switch. Tell me you are going to do something and then just take it away and don't offer it to get me in the door.
I have emailed cooperate and I expect this to be honored. The manager was not helpful at all. She if anything started to escalate the situation. She said that cooperate emailed this morning and said they were no longer offering it. It was already offered though, I had it, I was baited and now I am switched to nothing.
She stated that it was out of her control and didn't seem to care at all. She later brought out a box of cash when she was told someone needed a code. I don't know what she was doing but I know you are not supposed to bring out a box of cash on the sales floor.
I bought the least amount of stuff I needed. I spent $32 instead of $200 to $300 dollars.
I'll remove this review once the store honors what they offered me but I leave it up to warn all others that might have wanted to try this local dispensary.
