Don't bother placing order ahead of time confirmed online, yet I get to store they send me away due to order not being ready, I leave, the line gets longer, I look up my order to see it is infact confirmed on my end, walk back in, show them the confirmation, they still tell me it's not ready and wont let me get in the express line, yet send me to the longer, in store line. I'm so glad I placed my order ahead of time this morning and took the time to pick out what I wanted so I could cruise over and get in the pick up line and be on my way.... JK, that's not what happened! all I did was waste my time online this morning and wasted my time at the store in the longest line possible at the time. The same employee who told me the orders were not even showing in her system walked by me after I was in the order in-store line and said she'd be checking on it. ib really don't think she could care less and definitely did not go check on anything for me, and if she did, she didn't tell me anything. I've had a few poor experiences now at curaleaf. I have resorted to shopping at Jars primarily due to this, even though Curaleaf is a mile away and Jars 6... Jars is the shit, I have never once had a problem there!
