Usually I have a good experience here, but last time there I purchased an 1/8 of flower, and when I opened it at home there was a BUG 🐛 cocoon in the flower..👎👎, needless to say I had to throw it away, and when I contacted the company, they said sorry thats it, so I totally wasted my money, and they didn't even offer me loyalty points considering I used to be a good repeat customer. But now I dont think I can bring my self to shop there anymore 😕. I know $35 isn't alot of $ but.... This is a shame because the staff at the store is great, but management and corporate are just more greedy people. They shouldn't be so dismissive of repeat customers, there are so many dispensary to choose from now, and almost all give a 10% medical discount, so they aren't any cheaper than others, and unfortunately they have very limited medical menu, and DON'T give 10% medical discount on the recreational side, so other dispensaries have their entire menu available for 10% medical discount. Very unfortunate used to be my favorite place for cannabis...
