Hi friends! I am writing this review because I had a good experience with this company and I support what they are doing. Here is the overview. I heard about Diem from a friend and checked them out on leafly. Their menu looked good on leafly, but I went to their website and the photos were super high res with zoom capability, and high quality descriptions of each product. I could tell this company was putting a lot of work into the user experience. So after shopping online I ended up going with my favorite strain, gorilla glue #4. I ordered three grams at $13/gram, which is pretty standard pricing for high quality bud. When checking out they had different delivery windows, each one was a two hour window. I selected the window between 6pm and 8pm so that I would be off work. I got an email notification after placing my order from "Diem Shop". The notification reiterated what I ordered. About 15 minutes after placing my order I got a call from "Frank from Diem" who said that he had placed the order and wanted to verify my address and get any special delivery instructions. Then he said he was on his way and would be there in 10 minutes. Frank showed up about 10 minutes later to my apartment complex and I buzzed him up. He was a nice guy. I used their mobile debit card terminal to pay which was relatively easy. I signed a receipt and they kept a copy and I kept a copy. And that was that! Overall this was super easy, clean, and effortless. I like going into shops ocassionally, but I am a huge fan of ubereats and caviar and amazon because sometimes I just like staying at home and not dealing with parking/crowds etc. Typical millenial me lol. Anyways I know this company is newer, but I can confirm that it is legit.
