Floyd’s just lost my business ($50/week, conservative estimate) due to Lance’s lack of customer service skills. Small potatoes i guess, $2600 annually is not much to the owners? Hmm, i wonder if anyone else has been chased off by Lance. A few more customers at my level and it’s more like a $10,000 annual loss in sales. I hope Lance is worth it to whoever owns this business.
