I went to Kemp's cannabis today to get a Mfused super fog Blue magic disposable and when I went to get it and put it into my pocket but I did not realize that that moment that the wrapper for the product was open on the top as if there was no glue to seal the product at all or any sealant on it. I do realize that when I go into my car to look at it and realizing that this is a faulty wrapper package I go back inside not even 4 minutes later to get a exchange on door refund and even explain the whole situation and the guy who I talked to simply said "there's nothing I can do about it g" even though that doesn't make sense because the receipt clearly says if a product was faulty it would be like eligible for an exchange and I mean I guess you could say that the product is undamaged and the wrapper isn't it but that's like saying hey you're glass of weed is completely shattered when we gave it to you but at least your weed is all right and by the way no refunds for your glass shattered weed. The person even says "that my pocket opened it" like how is that make sense they're supposed to be a clear sealant onto the product that shouldn't even allow anything like that to happen it's absolute bull. I travel almost two hours expecting trustworthy and sealed product to go to this place all the time, it is my main place where I go for all my stuff but that will now change now that I was introduced to this rudeness from the store and obvious damaged product.
