i preordered an amount of flower, but when i arrived at the dispensary they told me it had been sold. they told me that it was "first come, first served." this is not the practice at other dispensaries, and it negates the benefit of preordering. folks who live out of town cannot always be the first to arrive! this will encourage me to use other dispensaries whose policy is less discriminatory and punitive. the dispensary is Shangri la South in Columbia, MO.
