I've been here four times since moving into the neighborhood a few months ago. Received good service...once. I'm a "devoted" user and have been looking for a shop to call home. This isn't it: I've been surprised each time by the low quality of the flower, and the service has ranged from lackluster to mildly rude (with the one exception). Not sure what the secret handshake is to have the good experiences described in other reviews. For one thing, don't pre-order because they serve absolutely everyone else first and seem annoyed by pre-orders.
