Richard took care of me and he is great as always. Super friendly nice and patient. I have been to pretty much all the dispensaries around and trulieve Stuart is the best in regards to product and the way they treat patients.

Terrible service. No customer service skills at all. Walked in when it was busy and was basically told I’m better off leaving. Also have placed pick up orders twice now. First time it never got put in by two separate people I spoke too. Tried again recently to see if there was improvements with their system/ customer service and they never fulfilled it until a day later. Terrible terrible location and grow healthy customer service is non existent.
