I've been a patient at WCC since June 2016. I used to love this place. I still love many of the people that work there, however it's lost it's personal compassionate side. Management is not compassionate or caring like they should be. Example. I placed an online order for pick up, but due to new hours i didn't make it there in time. No problem the next day i go online top place an additional order since new items were added to the menu. In fact, i added two new orders. Mmt total was over 475 dollars. I get there and the security staff is like 10 people deep all bombarding you with questions and directions. I give my id and try top pick up my items... well the first order is cancelled.. the third items are cancelled and for whatever reason the second items are ready. i politely ask for all items and i am told i can't get the items i ordered. WTF... The district manager appears and explains to me that although i did receive text telling me my items are ready.... they choose to cancel my orders. I wont be permitted to pick up any new items beaides the two they choose. I explained to her that was bogus, rude and not a good business practice. Sheer argued but eventually sold me the items i requested. Such an unnecessary harrassment and sour taste to what usually is the highlight of my day seeing people that are known for giving personal compassionate customer service. Candice, Star, Dave, Kevin... still gets great marks for knowing how to treat you right. Secondly, the selections are so limited now... It's not much that can be done by WCC. I think they need to keep the family feel for their patients. The relationships matter to the patients.
