Placed order at Gleaf for medical on their website. received order confirmation. drove 45 minutes to pick up order. line outside the door, 10 people deep. finally got inside lobby after fifteen minute wait. got to the front window to pickup my medical order placed online two and a half hours earlier. they told me that they don't have my order. explained that I ordered online for product that was available at that time and received confirmation. the truth is that they sold my order before I got there and were Not truthful with me. no explanation, no substitute items, just an insincere apology and that was it. the front of the location looks like a methadone clinic people hanging outside and in the cramped parking lot. it's unorganized chaos every time I go there. finally done with Gleaf Warren. I will pay double elsewhere before I ever go there or place another order with Columbia Care Gleaf Warren. thank goodness for two upcoming dispensaries opening soon in the area. Gleaf Warren is like a free for all. thanks but no thanks.
