I won’t purchase my medical mj at any other dispensary. Trulieve has been fighting for our rights from the beginning, has the best products in Florida, treats customers like gold and their staff is amazing! Any time I’ve called the call center, I’ve had excellent service and my newest location since I moved, is the Tallahassee location. The staff at that store are all very good to the customers and I feel like I matter to them when I’m there. I even went in this past week and had a particularly horrible day. A lot is going on in my life right now and I had just left a doctor appointment with a new gi doctor who judged me harshly for my choice of medicine. She was very demeaning and condescending. She refused to give me an excusal note that was promised as well. I was trying not to cry, but the young lady up front could tell I was very upset and had been crying. She asked if I was okay and I started crying even harder. Then she asked me if she could give me a hug. That meant so much to me. She is the same age as my daughter and it’s been almost a year since my daughter moved to Indiana with her fiancé. I haven’t had a hug from anyone besides my husband in a long time.
