Bought a cartridge for a vape pen, was told it would work with my specific pen by the Budtender. Left and found she was wrong and it was a different pen brand, same day called the store and was told I could return no problem with the original packaging and receipt. Came in and was told that the best they could do was give me 30% off purchase of other vape pen brand battery. Refusal to refund or exchange off employee mistake, I have no problem with mistakes, but do your best to fix them, especially with customer. Shady business practices and budtender, plenty of better/trustworthy dispensary’s in the area. STAY AWAY from KushMart
