The other day when I went to trulieve to pick up my order. Someone told me they were out of stock but the gentleman Josue sent another employee to go check in the room and they found it. Also, Josue notice their was an issue in my account that happened at the dadeland location. He was very courteous and patient. Showed extreme customer service. He noticed I was frustrated with the wait and the error but he kept assuring it’ll get fix and apologize. Honestly, he made this stressful situation way easier for me. I left satisfied.
