Usually loved going into this place - the prices are good. The staff is off and on. Half are friendly and the other half treat you as if you shouldn’t even be in the store. I went in today, 4/20, expecting to be happy for deals and just the general vibe of the day, but that was not the vibe of this place. My man and I wanted to come in and check, which we weren’t allowed to because of the pandemic (actually, totally cool. Following guidelines. 🙌🏻), so I was let in. Now, yes, I can be anxious, and I stated, “I have no idea what he’ll want!” - to which the employee replied, “He can come in after.” ...Yes, I’m aware. I’m looking for SOME direction here... What are your specials?? What’s something you recommend in carts? Can you talk to me? They watched me like a chicken with my head cut off trying to find out on my own what the deal for 4/20 was, and only replied, “it’s on that paper” with a point when I asked. Flustered, I repeated the deal back to remember it, and they looked at me as if I was stupid, gave me a long look and said, “yeeesss” as if I were a child. Look, if you don’t want to work in customer service - don’t. You should welcome a customer in with the deals of the day - especially on 4/20 - and guide them with a purchase. I’ve been in sales and worked dispensaries, too. It’s not like I’m completely unaware of what’s going on, but every store is different on this day. The store that treats customers like they’re worth being there are the ones who continue to get my business.
