Well, today was the 1st time I was disappointed with the dismissed behavior of the person servicing me. She was overertly rude, and I assumed it was my attempt to be friendly. I am a senior citizens and I usually visit with my dogs and the employees, and even security has been professional and quite lovely. I was following the energy she exuded enthusiasm and warmth with the prior customer, so I was upbeat. After she dismissed me before I reached the exit , she resumed her gregarious energy to the next customers. Yes, I did not leave my usual 3.00 tip, which I should have because it robbed the others from sharing it. p.s. She did not share my points saved, nor asked me if I wanted to use any money toward my purchase. Now, I am questioning if she applied the senior citizen discount. Wow. I really like this location.
