Botany was highly recommended for their quality products and great atmosphere. I am sure this is so. However, I have not actually been there, but had to rate in order to leave a review and I trust the recommendation.
I let them know that we live 2 hours away when I called the store to ask for advice about whether they might have a product that would help with extreme pain in my husband’s hands (similar to neuropathy) before we made the trip to Rockland.
Sadly, I was told that is not possible. You have to go to the store before they will even speak to you. Very disheartening, discouraging, and disappointing as we are desperate for help to relieve his pain and no prescription drugs have been effective. Is it unreasonable to expect at least a minute’s conversation, not a consultation, about whether a cannibis product might be effective in treating this specific pain?
