I had to postpone my appointment twice and the support team helped me with it. it was easy to reschedule and get in touch with the doctor.

I just got off the call with Dr Rick and he is such a chill person to talk to. Did not think for a moment that this was a consultation. Eagerly waiting for my recommendation letter now.
