As a local resident of North Hollywood and a formerly loyal, daily customer who spent over $100 a day here, I’m writing this as a warning to others. Rebud operates on a persistent bait-and-switch model. They heavily advertise specific products on their online menu to get you in the door, but when you arrive, those items are mysteriously 'out of stock' and you are pressured into buying different products. When I finally asked management why their physical vault never matches their online Track-and-Trace inventory and expressed concern about their compliance practices, the owner's response was to immediately ban me from the store in retaliation. If a business punishes its most loyal, high-spending customers for asking basic questions about transparency and inventory, you have to wonder what else they are hiding behind the counter. Save your time and money. There are plenty of honest dispensaries in the valley that actually have the products they advertise and treat their regulars with respect.
