I love the selection, however the bud tender was miserable to deal with. Her name was Brittany. She was rude, every question I had was inconvenient for her. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and not welcome at all. In a market saturated with dispensaries and deals, customer service is paramount. The security guard is also rude, has an attitude, and is more than happy to make you feel unwelcome. My entire visit was awful to say the least. It required a manager to intervene and beg to make the situation right. In all of the hundreds of dispensaries I’ve been to, I’ve never been treated more poorly. The only thing good here was the exit door.
