I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was pretty terrible from start to finish. The staff seemed totally uninterested in helping and acted like I was bothering them just by asking basic questions. The selection was limited and overpriced compared to other dispensaries nearby. To make things worse, the product I bought was dry and harsh, nothing like what was advertised. I tried contacting the store to ask about an exchange or refund, but no one ever responded to my emails or calls. Honestly, there are plenty of other dispensaries with better service, better products, and people who actually care about their customers. I won’t be coming back.
