i generally visit NVS for their concentrates and am pleased by their selection. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is the staff. one guy in particular has repeatedly made me feel like i was wasting his time and has ZERO knowledge about almost any products they carry. out of the 6 people i have seen working there 5 of them are excellent.

Visited here from out of town. Was pleasantly surprised at this location. It was small but honestly I liked it and the high quality selection and friendly service they offered. I will always return here when I spend time in Bend!

The selection for rec use is weak. Very wet/fresh smelling stuff was being hyped up and in total the experience was disappointing.

Wonderful staff and selection. They are patient and knowledgeable about their strains.
