I ordered from Cookies Dispensary in Hayward. I received the text saying that my order was confirmed by the store and that it was being prepared. I tried to call the store and something was up with the phones. I emailed and got no response. And then without a call, a notification, anything, after MANY HOURS. my order was just canceled. I have ordered from other dispensaries, and even if they ran out of an item, I either got a call or it was replaced with a similar item. The store should not be confirming my order, getting me excited just to NOT provide what was promised. This was for pickup as well not even for delivery. I would definitely not recommend this location.
