ZERO STARS! Mis labeled, deceptive disrespectful BEWARE! About a month ago, I placed an order on the Haven Dispensary app for Indica. On the app the THC content was 34%. Upon arriving to pick up my merchandise I look at the THC content on the product that I ordered and paid for and it was 24%. When the manager approached and said they had no control over what was on their app. I told them that was totally unacceptable that when a customer places a order for a product, it was supposed to be the product that they placed the order for on the Haven App The insulting part about this whole interaction was lack of accepting responsibility, lack of making it right for the Consumer. I got a half ass apology and I left without buying anything *UPDATE* I decided to give Haven dispensary Los Alamitos another chance. I placed another order for a product that said 34% THC. Upon arriving, I checked the product and it was 24% THC. When I brought this up with the employee that was helping me immediately got defensive and saying she had “no control over what the app said” The employee then got the manager to come out. This is the insulting part The manager, “Izzy“ ask me what my complaint was, I explained to her what the situation was. Izzy‘s response was we have several different batches and it’s entered into the system, and it’s possible that the product that was on the app was sold out prior to filling my order. This is the important part. All of that makes sense to me, and I totally agree and understand with that statement. However, where the manager (Izzy) made a big mistake was telling me she knew about my complaint from the last visit, she was looking at notes for my account that said prior to filling the order they had to confirm that the THC content was correct as advertised. Yet here we are having this conversation. By her telling me that, means that Haven KNEW the order confirmed that the THC content was not what it was supposed to be and continue to allow the order to get placed. I did not buy my product from Haven nor will I ever buy any more product from Haven. Not only that I’m gonna go out of my way to let people know about my situation in my account with Haven. They are not the only dispensary in my area. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! Haven should be ashamed about their business practices.
