The environment is wonderful! Thrive Mount Vernon IL, has really found a unique way to take recreational shopping to a whole new level. It’s clean! Department store like environment, There are friendly staff members greeting you as you walk in eager to assist each person with questions they might have on products available as I have had in the past which makes the recreational shopping experience normal lol! The quality of products are wonderful, their menu alone is filled with variety of choices, and categories. The access to placing online orders, kiosk orders in store or one on one with floor personnel makes the visit worth coming back for. Their have been times when I’ve placed an online order and my product has been sold out, and I was frustrated however... I didn’t read what’s written in the black box of their website homepage. First come, First serve basis. So who do I really need to be mad at? Myself. Even when my order was sold out I was given an alternative product which was flower that DID NOT DISAPPOINT me at all! I will keep returning for future visits and highly recommended Thrive Mount Vernon IL to anyone looking for a happy place to shop!
